But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Lauro couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Epifanio Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Felix Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Tabb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFC CERBEROS's Abel Tabb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Santos in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Santos in the 11th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Abel Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Jerrold in the 12th minute of play. Alvaro Godoy kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goalkeeper Cayetano Paz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Jerrold. After 21 minutes, Ciro Sagrario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NECKER49 and the AFC CERBEROS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to NECKER49 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ciro Sagrario hit a great ball. Freddy Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Cayetano Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Santos in the 25th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Abel Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 27 in the game by Freddy Jerrold from a close distance when the talented Cayetano Paz managed to make a qualified save. NECKER49's players were relieved. Gabriel Misael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Paz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to NECKER49 getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Felix Santos hit a great ball. Abel Tabb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. AFC CERBEROS's Abel Tabb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Tauro in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Felix Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NECKER49 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gabriel Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Cayetano Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Santos was the one to do the kick off. Cirilo Nisio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Cayetano Paz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AFC CERBEROS's Freddy Jerrold shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy Jerrold in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Paz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The NECKER49 fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when NECKER49's Siro Tauro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 69th minute Jonathan Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Jerrold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Paz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Filiberto Bemabe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC CERBEROS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Abel Tabb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Abel Tabb successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 86 minutes, Felix Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NECKER49's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Siro Tauro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Abel Tabb made a huge save. The NECKER49 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing NECKER49 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
