When Epifanio Kelemen came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Villa Mitre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Kelemen couldn't finish the play. After 12 minutes of play, LTA FC's Erubiel Dominix made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Montez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Hernandez got free with Roman Montez in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the game, Arsenio Erico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LTA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Mitre the free kick. A collision led to LTA FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Arsenio Erico hit a great ball. Ramiro Jerano scored 2-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Oliverio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Oton came free, but Roman Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, LTA FC's Virgilio Oton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Montez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Erico in the 30th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Roman Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Arsenio Erico managed to get in a good position for a shot. LTA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Erico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Montez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Oton in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Montez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erubiel Dominix in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roman Montez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arsenio Erico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Montez having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Roman Montez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Dominix. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

LTA FC made a substitution. Genaro Mederi replaced Ubaldo Beltxe. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erubiel Dominix made a kick off. A collision led to LTA FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Virgilio Oton hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Virgilio Oton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Montez. Villa Mitre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgilio Oton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 62 minutes into the match, Erubiel Dominix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Montez. Roman Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Erico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, Zeledon Orlanda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Roman Montez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LTA FC's Lázaro Ayala was substituted for Erubiel Dominix. In the 74th minute Lázaro Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villa Mitre fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for LTA FC. Arsenio Erico stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roman Montez. 7-1. 79 minutes into the match, Lázaro Ayala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Montez. Villa Mitre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lázaro Ayala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. In the 82nd minute, Gaudencio Hernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LTA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. Roman Montez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Hernandez in the 85th minute of play. Roman Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Orlanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th match minute, Villa Mitre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Kelemen to maneuver through the defense. Virgilio Oton scored 10-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Montez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roman Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Erico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Ayala in the 96th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Roman Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
