Aureliano Obeko had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Eustaquio Jaizki's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Admon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Club Atlético Atlanta's Anacleto Admon in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eustaquio Jaizki shot a long shot in the 39th minute and a light blocked Aureliano Obeko hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-1. Penalty! 57 minutes into the game, Rosendo Cutberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atlético Atlanta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Rojelio in the 59th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicanor Florinio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Librado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aureliano Obeko came out and tried to block the shot, but Remigio Librado slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 70th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Anacleto Admon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aureliano Obeko. That made the score 1-3 in the 76 minute of play. Severino Huly struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Aureliano Obeko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Atlanta. After 80 minutes of play, Leones FC's Nicanor Florinio made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Germano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aureliano Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Admon, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Nicanor Florinio sped through Club Atlético Atlanta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Germano. 97 minutes into the game, Nicolas Bizi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leones FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Atlanta the free kick. Leones FC's Aureliano Obeko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 98th minute of play. Anacleto Admon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Obeko having to interfere. Club Atlético Atlanta were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Leones FC to leave the ground with a draw.
