It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 9th minute, but Cristian Gau got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Copérnico F.C. hanging dry this time. After 9 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Lorenz. Cristian Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alo Hurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, Copérnico F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Ostots to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 18 minutes, Vacib Okyar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Totoras F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vacib Okyar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alo Hurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Pacorros short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Cristian Gau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 25th minute Asopos Katsiavrias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Epifanio Valery stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Montrell's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. U21 Totoras F.C.'s Alejandro Ermengol got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of U21 Totoras F.C. booed when Copérnico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Lorenz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alo Hurt in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Ignacio Lorenz made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Valery. U21 Totoras F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alo Hurt was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Jurgi during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sixto Jurgi hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, Copérnico F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Lorenz to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, U21 Totoras F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Montrell came free, but Epifanio Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Alo Hurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. U21 Totoras F.C.'s Fernando Polo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristian Gau in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alo Hurt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. U21 Totoras F.C. made a substitution. Alfréd Marton replaced Alo Hurt. After 74 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Lorenz. In the 75th minute Benito Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The U21 Totoras F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when U21 Totoras F.C.'s Alfréd Marton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfréd Marton in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Gau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Alfréd Marton came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the U21 Totoras F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfréd Marton couldn't finish the play. Cristian Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfréd Marton in the 91st minute of play. U21 Totoras F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fernando Polo in the 92nd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The U21 Totoras F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Copérnico F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
