Isaac Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keylor Navas having to interfere. After some careless play in the NECKER49 defense, Cristobal Orlandus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keylor Navas. The NECKER49 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keylor Navas should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Leandro Haritzeder recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mauro Joachim. Leandro Haritzeder showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Bernat in the 26th minute of play. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Pinho in the 27th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Salvador Bernat got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mauro Joachim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Sanchez in the 30th minute of play forced NECKER49's goalkeeper Keylor Navas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of NECKER49 booed when AFC CERBEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Bemabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leandro Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Bemabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Lastur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Joachim made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Salvador Bernat sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Ruy. NECKER49's Evelio Llorienzo was substituted for Isidro Ruy. Serafino Ofelio kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Leandro Haritzeder made the kick off in the second half. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Haritzeder in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Pinho in the 53rd minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Douglas Pinho made a precise shot to the right of Mauro Joachim. AFC CERBEROS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Pinho in the 57th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute of the match, Isaac Ciano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Keylor Navas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mauro Joachim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Llorienzo in the 87th minute of play. NECKER49 had won after a very even match.
