Kleopas Plouffe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hermengildo Ursino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Kleopas Plouffe made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Teofilo Adrio sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Elequemedo came free, but Cosme Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afanasiy Mozolin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 22ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Kleopas Plouffe would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Kleopas Plouffe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Defensores de Mar de Ajó from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Elodio. After a defensive mix-up in MDQ Raptors FC's zone, Gogo Elequemedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Francesco came out of the goal and Gogo Elequemedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Ursino in the 38th minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Abelardo Venceslao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosme Francesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Elequemedo in the 43rd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gogo Elequemedo made the kick off in the second half. Gogo Elequemedos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Cosme Francesco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kleopas Plouffe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Ursino went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Kleopas Plouffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Järvenperä, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Elequemedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cosme Francesco having to make a save. With a little luck, MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco got control of the ball when Gogo Elequemedo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
