With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Capello in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ni Le Zheng saved AC Batán from getting behind. AC Batán's Ni Le Zheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Capello in the 24th minute of play. Ni Le Zheng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Capello's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Los Trip's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by CJ Asensio in the 30th minute. Bruno Capello might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ni Le Zheng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Capello ran back to his position shaking his head. Ni Le Zheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Capello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ni Le Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Capello, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The audience was convinced that Acácio Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustín Rossi was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

After a rather tough play, AC Batán's Enzo-Nicolás Perez got a free kick in the 51st minute.
