Karadeniz Özsan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The supporters of Husaria F.C booed when VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Devlet Ulağ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Husaria F.C's Bogdan Wincek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resul Eralkan in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Gustaw Skorny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karadeniz Özsan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Bogdan Wincek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Resul Eralkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Gustaw Skorny sped through VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karadeniz Özsan. 29 minutes into the match, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Golaszewski came free, but Karadeniz Özsan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Lizewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Karadeniz Özsan made a huge save. After some careless play in the Husaria F.C defense, Resul Eralkan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Wincek. The Husaria F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Wincek should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Gdaniec in the 39th minute of play forced VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalkeeper Karadeniz Özsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Alp Orguntay seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alp Orguntay the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alp Orguntay had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Husaria F.C's Zbyszek Dziuma got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orbay Tokcan to make the kick off. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Karadeniz Özsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Skorny in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's İsmail Cem Osmanoğlu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bogdan Wincek made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Orbay Tokcan sent off a good shot on target. Resul Eralkan struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Bogdan Wincek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL. 62 minutes into the match, Mikolaj Klawke notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Karadeniz Özsan. Karadeniz Özsan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karadeniz Özsan came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Husaria F.C's Mikolaj Klawke. But to his dismay, Mikolaj Klawke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Orbay Tokcan managed to get in a good position for a shot. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's supporters rose to their feet, but Orbay Tokcan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Wincek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Skorny in the 76th minute of play forced VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalkeeper Karadeniz Özsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Gdaniec in the 84th minute of play forced VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalkeeper Karadeniz Özsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Orbay Tokcan hit a great ball. Orbay Tokcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Bogdan Wincek made a huge save. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
