In the 26th minute Roger Norberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BK Värdsholmen's André Lindmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Kismi in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Kismi in the 33rd minute of play forced BK Värdsholmen's goalkeeper André Lindmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute of the match Benicio Rios sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Lindmark skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, GTV Ostsee's Benicio Rios got a free kick in the 41st minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
If Malcolm Hammarbäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in BK Värdsholmen's zone, Júlio Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Lindmark came out of the goal and Júlio Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The shot was stopped by Karl Kugler but with some difficulty. GTV Ostsee's Júlio Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaf Snäll kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, GTV Ostsee's Hugo Emmel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Lindmark was left in no man's land by his defense there!
