Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Shi Li kicked off to start the match. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Li in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the GTV Ostsee defense, Ianis Man kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl Kugler. The GTV Ostsee fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl Kugler should have stopped the shot. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Li in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Kismi in the 9th minute of play forced Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Júlio Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, GTV Ostsee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Martins to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to GTV Ostsee getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bradley Blohm hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 18th minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Kugler came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li. But to his dismay, Shi Li quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Karl Kugler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ianis Man in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Ianis Man notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler. Karl Kugler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, GTV Ostsee's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Li came free, but Karl Kugler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galati Harbour Cats were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after GTV Ostsee's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dan Petrescu took the corner. Shi Li might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Kugler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shi Li ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl Kugler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shi Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Shi Li had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl Kugler. GTV Ostsee's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shi Li was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Karl Kugler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Dembkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. A collision led to GTV Ostsee getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Albrecht Bohnacker hit a great ball.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Emmel to make the kick off. When Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GTV Ostsee's goalie prevented a goal. 55 minutes into the game, Shi Li recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karl Kugler. Shi Li showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Hugo Emmel hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 59th minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Ramon Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Soare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Kismi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Galati Harbour Cats's Karl Kugler threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ianis Man, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ianis Man hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shi Li got free with Karl Kugler in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl Kugler. Karl Kugler yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. After 82 played minutes Galati Harbour Cats got a freekick which was hit by Mo Yuan Fan. In the 89th minute, Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Shi Li blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl Kugler having to make a save. Karl Kugler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Li in the 97th minute of play.
