The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rossangeles's goalkeeper Jiang Bing Ning, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilfredo Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jiang Bing Ning having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Chucky Norris's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jiang Bing Ning was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chucky Norris in the 41st minute of play forced Rossangeles's goalkeeper Jiang Bing Ning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Galo do Japi's Delfim Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodri Palacios in the 43rd minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodri Palacios was the one to do the kick off. Falcão Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delfim Chaves made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Gu Zhou Xiao sent off a good shot on target. Delfim Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Zieba in the 54th minute. In the 92ndth minute of the game Wilfredo Cefero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rossangeles's Jiang Bing Ning was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute, Nuno Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodri Palacios in the 94th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
