In the 17th minute, one of Monte Hermoso Beach:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Monte Hermoso Beach. After 22 played minutes Monte Hermoso Beach got a freekick which was hit by Albano Cambranes. Dinamo Colorado's Léo Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Cambranes in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Cambranes in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Léo Pinheiro saved Dinamo Colorado from getting behind. Dinamo Colorado's Léo Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Cambranes in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Dinamo Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Cambranes came free, but Léo Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Andres D'Alessandro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dinamo Colorado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Hermoso Beach the free kick. Albano Cambranes scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léo Pinheiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Dinamo Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Cambranes came free, but Léo Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Matos in the 44th minute of play forced Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Fidel Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Albano Cambranes made a precise shot to the right of Léo Pinheiro. Dinamo Colorado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The Dinamo Colorado players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Monte Hermoso Beach were winning 1-2.

Benjamin Arotza hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Dino Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dinamo Colorado's Gerson Mazza was substituted for Natã Tasso. With a little luck, Dinamo Colorado's Léo Pinheiro got control of the ball when Timoteo Ermengol tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute Andres D'Alessandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Loureiro lost his temper 80 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 88 played minutes Dinamo Colorado got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Lago. Gregorio Bastian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Léo Pinheiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Gregorio Bastian slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 91st minute. The Monte Hermoso Beach players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
