FC Kopeto's Arnold Petřek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Armentier in the 8th minute of play. Georges-Philippe van Haghten kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With a little luck, de belletrekkers's Silvain De Cock got control of the ball when Josef Slepička tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Josef Winkler notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of de belletrekkers's Silvain De Cock. Silvain De Cock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Kopeto! The referee gave de belletrekkers a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Remco Baekelandt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Kopeto's Arnold Petřek. 1-1. In the 19th minute Matthis Colpaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Petřek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, FC Kopeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslav Koňařík to maneuver through the defense. Matthis Colpaert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnold Petřek having to interfere. Josef Slepička could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Silvain De Cock made a huge save. Josef Winkler took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvain De Cock. Silvain De Cock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 33 minutes into the game, Yanniek De Middeleer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. de belletrekkers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kopeto the free kick. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for de belletrekkers! In the 36th minute there was a penalty for FC Kopeto. Josef Slepička stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Silvain De Cock. 3-1. A collision led to FC Kopeto getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Josef Slepička hit a great ball. With a little luck, de belletrekkers's Silvain De Cock got control of the ball when Josef Slepička tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, Josef Slepička ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvain De Cock was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When Georges-Philippe van Haghten fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored de belletrekkers's protests and gave Georges-Philippe van Haghten a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to de belletrekkers getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Georges-Philippe van Haghten hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Miroslav Koňařík shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvain De Cock showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Matthis Colpaert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnold Petřek was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 64th minute Matthis Colpaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Petřek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's Matthis Colpaert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnold Petřek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Matthis Colpaert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Charlie Godts fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored de belletrekkers's protests and gave Charlie Godts a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Godts. A collision led to FC Kopeto getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Slávek Tošovský hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josef Winkler in the 78th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Silvain De Cock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Josef Winkler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Silvain De Cock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 83 minutes into the match, FC Kopeto's goal looked a bit too open when Matthis Colpaert came free, but Arnold Petřek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvain De Cock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Winkler in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Matthis Colpaert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnold Petřek was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. de belletrekkers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
