Jens Molander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viggo Samuelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens Molander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Samuelsson in the 6th minute of the match. Jens Molander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viggo Samuelsson in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viggo Samuelsson in the 10th minute of play forced The Shadows's goalkeeper Jens Molander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Åke Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Molander having to interfere. The Shadows's Jens Molander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viggo Samuelsson in the 13th minute of play. Nykvarn were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after The Shadows's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kalle Eklund took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viggo Samuelsson in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens Molander saved The Shadows from getting behind. Elliott Klemensson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Michel Kinell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Samuelsson came free, but Jens Molander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Michel Kinell managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when The Shadows's Thomas Häll fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Max Persson fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nykvarn's protests and gave Max Persson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Nykvarn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Persson to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Åke Gunnarsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens Molander having to make a save. Michel Kinell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Häll in the 39th minute. Thomas Häll in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Michel Kinell, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Thomas Häll came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the The Shadows fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Häll couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Häll to make the kick off. A collision led to Nykvarn getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Kalle Eklund hit a great ball. Stig-Åke Gunnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Persson in the 60th minute of play forced The Shadows's goalkeeper Jens Molander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt-Åke Asserlind recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th match minute, The Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Ove Blom to maneuver through the defense. Jens Molander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viggo Samuelsson went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Yuma Suzuki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Max Persson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Molander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Shadows's Jens Molander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viggo Samuelsson in the 78th minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, Nykvarn's Stig-Åke Gunnarsson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens Molander was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ludwig Bock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Shadows's Thomas Häll got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nykvarn's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
