Rupert Heidingsfelder was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rune Jarstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 5th minute of the match. Gaudencio Lekubegi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rune Jarstein having to make a save. LavAzzA's attack was well implemented in the 10th minute, but when Gaudencio Lekubegi was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to Hertha 1969 getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Stefan Mayer hit a great ball. Iwan Lepucki came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Hertha 1969's Wilhelm Nienhaus. But to his dismay, Wilhelm Nienhaus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Iwan Lepucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Oswald in the 21st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Wilhelm Nienhaus put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Iwan Lepucki. In the 25th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th match minute, LavAzzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Pinto to maneuver through the defense. When Wilhelm Nienhaus came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Hertha 1969 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilhelm Nienhaus couldn't finish the play. Rune Jarstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes in the game, Wilhelm Nienhaus dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Rupert Heidingsfelder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Lepucki having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaudencio Lekubegi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Jarstein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rupert Heidingsfelder struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Iwan Lepucki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hertha 1969. Hertha 1969 made a substitution. Benedikt Bensch replaced Emilio Melzer. Hertha 1969's Rune Jarstein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 68th minute of play. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hertha 1969's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amerigo Labarra was slow to take the kick. During this time LavAzzA's players had a chance to rest. Rune Jarstein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rupert Heidingsfelder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Lepucki having to interfere. Hertha 1969 made a substitution. Nils Hovermann replaced Wilhelm Nienhaus. If Rupert Heidingsfelder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaudencio Lekubegi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rune Jarstein. That made the score 2-1 in the 90 minute of play.
