After 9 played minutes Fc Schönhagen got a freekick which was hit by Junior Grajdeanu. 11 minutes into the match, VfL Bad Nenndorf's goal looked a bit too open when Loris Groß came free, but Lucrețiu Brătescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Róbert Štriker got free with Marc Fontagnier in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Loris Groß received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lucrețiu Brătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loris Groß in the 25th minute of play forced VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Brătescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loris Groß took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucrețiu Brătescu. Lucrețiu Brătescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lucrețiu Brătescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loris Groß in the 30th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Brătescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loris Groß, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Schönhagen's zone, Themis Papadimoulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Fontagnier came out of the goal and Themis Papadimoulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Róbert Štriker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marc Fontagnier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Loris Groß ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucrețiu Brătescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 46 played minutes Fc Schönhagen got a freekick which was hit by Loris Groß. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Themis Papadimoulis was the one to do the kick off. Junior Grajdeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Themis Papadimoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Marc Fontagnier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Loris Groß came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Fc Schönhagen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loris Groß couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fc Schönhagen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
