The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuido Suursaar got free with Pavlos Konstantakakis in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Balla in the 11th minute of play. Claus Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Balla in the 13th minute of the match. When Hamburg Fighters's Gianni Balla in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 41 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Rick. After the first half Hamburg Fighters were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dinu Bocu to make the kick off. The supporters of Hamburg Fighters booed when PomeziaRamblers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrián Frick didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 played minutes, Hamburg Fighters's Gianni Balla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claus Himschoot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hamburg Fighters reached it. The audience was convinced that Dinu Bocu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claus Himschoot was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save PomeziaRamblers from getting a goal against them. After 67 minutes PomeziaRamblers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gianni Balla who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gianni Balla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Claus Himschoot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brandon Rick in the 71st minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Dinu Bocu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 0-3 became the score in the 77th minute when Dinu Bocu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Brandon Rick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Claus Himschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamburg Fighters's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
