PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Haglund in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Swindon Sweden FF getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Hugo Mikaelsson hit a great ball. Reynaldo Tino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuido Suursaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in PomeziaRamblers's zone, Sven-Erik Lindberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claus Himschoot came out of the goal and Sven-Erik Lindberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Swindon Sweden FF's Matthias Salkvist got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Aurelio Frabetti came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the PomeziaRamblers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Frabetti couldn't finish the play. Claus Himschoot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Östman in the 31st minute. With a left leg Claus Himschoot saved PomeziaRamblers from getting behind. PomeziaRamblers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelio Frabetti in the 84th minute. The corner led PomeziaRamblers's Aurelio Frabetti to fire away a dangerous shot which Reynaldo Tino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 88th minute, PomeziaRamblers's Kuido Suursaar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuido Suursaar got free with Reynaldo Tino in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Jespersson in the 96th minute of play. PomeziaRamblers were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Swindon Sweden FF's much stronger midfield.
