Artur Brudzisz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Lustosa in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Moisés Queiroga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moisés Queiroga in the 6th minute of play. Artur Brudzisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Lustosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moisés Queiroga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Mao Zhen Hong made a huge save. Moisés Queiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mao Zhen Hong having to interfere. Wojciech Grunwalski hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Academia Monte Gordo's Fabrício Lustosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Brudzisz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermenegildo Rebelo in the 21st minute of play. If Fabrício Lustosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabrício Lustosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Brudzisz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Mao Zhen Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moisés Queiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Leandro Calçada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mao Zhen Hong read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Fabrício Lustosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Brudzisz having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moisés Queiroga in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mao Zhen Hong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute, Marcelito Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Brudzisz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabrício Lustosa went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 45 minutes into the match, Bacardi Black Bats's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Lustosa came free, but Artur Brudzisz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Academia Monte Gordo's Adolfo Silva got a free kick in the 48th minute. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Adolfo Silva hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When Moisés Queiroga came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Bacardi Black Bats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moisés Queiroga couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Bacardi Black Bats's Artur Brudzisz got control of the ball when Pascual Mouricio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Moisés Queiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute Moisés Queiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mao Zhen Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fryderyk Gruczas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Artur Brudzisz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Artur Brudzisz made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Fryderyk Grucza sent off a good shot on target. When Pascual Mouricio came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Academia Monte Gordo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Mouricio couldn't finish the play.
