Olimpiu Pantiș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Hermengildo Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, General Tanz II's Basilio Abancens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nistor Sfetcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, bullfinches's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Mantzio came free, but Nistor Sfetcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Tipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Zubaşcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Nistor Sfetcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Jacob in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Basilio Abancens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes bullfinches got a freekick which was hit by Aron Costea.
