After taking down the ball on Bajenland's corner Walter Jean-Baptiste fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcos Basso quite easily take care of the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Herbert Holmgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emil Hägg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute Bajenland were awarded a corner. Walter Jean-Baptiste went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Herbert Holmgren put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Emil Hägg. A collision led to Bajenland getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. In the 58thth minute of the game Niklas Lundqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bajenland's Emil Hägg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
