Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luis Bonet got the match started through his kick off. Henry Ånger hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Luis Bonet came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Daustad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Bonet couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Cantona got free with Jo Øverås in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joachim Forseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 8th minute of play. Luis Bonet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joachim Forseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Bonet in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Bonet in the 15th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Joachim Forseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Forseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 21st minute of play. Trond Gilde was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Saga TF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jo Øverås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trond Gilde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Bonet in the 29th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Joachim Forseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Arne Botnen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saga TF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Daustad the free kick. After 32nd play minutes Luis Bonet shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Joachim Forseth and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ola Nordhagen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saga TF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ola Nordhagen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jo Øverås breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Erik Cantona made the kick off in the second half. Ola Nordhagen made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Daustad's Celestino Poncio. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Bonet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daustad's Jo Øverås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Cantona in the 62nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Daustad defense, Arne Botnen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jo Øverås. The Daustad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jo Øverås should have stopped the shot. Luis Bonet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Daustad's Luis Bonet in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saga TF's goalie prevented a goal. Erik Cantona hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Luis Bonet came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Daustad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Bonet couldn't finish the play. Joachim Forseth made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Luis Bonet sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Daustad walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
