The supporters of SABALEPLUS booed when El retorno del Pincha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. When SABALEPLUS's Julio Aurre in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El retorno del Pincha's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Lawrence in the 10th minute of play forced SABALEPLUS's goalkeeper Leo Burian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Peruxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Quinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 29th minute, Osvaldo Sol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnino Quinton during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 31 minutes into the match, SABALEPLUS's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Lawrence came free, but Leo Burian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Burian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Oriche in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Michael in the 33rd minute of play forced SABALEPLUS's goalkeeper Leo Burian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SABALEPLUS's zone, Joel Erauso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Burian came out of the goal and Joel Erauso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as SABALEPLUS's Julio Aurre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edelmiro Peruxu. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. A collision led to SABALEPLUS getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Julio Aurre hit a great ball.

Leo Burian came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by El retorno del Pincha's Jimeno Oriche. But to his dismay, Jimeno Oriche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Abelardo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes El retorno del Pincha got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Michael. SABALEPLUS's Saturnino Quinton got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the game, Benicio Chap was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SABALEPLUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El retorno del Pincha the free kick. Edelmiro Peruxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Chap in the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SABALEPLUS's Benicio Chap got a free kick in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the game, Jimeno Oriche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Leo Burian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. During the 82nd minute of the match Benicio Chap completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Benicio Chap a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Benicio Chap kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Abelardo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Abelardo Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Burian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 92 in the game by Saturnino Michael from a close distance when the talented Leo Burian managed to make a qualified save. SABALEPLUS's players were relieved. The SABALEPLUS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching El retorno del Pincha's performance. The match ended with a win for El retorno del Pincha.
