An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Jităreanu in the 3rd minute of play forced Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Jardel Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Ede Szász fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jardel Sanches, passed just outside the right post. In the last second Jardel Sanches throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ede Szász in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. STORM CORNER F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ionuț Jităreanu in the 10th minute. Darío Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaan Winter having to interfere. Kaan Winter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 13th minute of the match. Jardel Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Jităreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Jardel Sanches threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ionuț Jităreanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kaan Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipis Karapatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Jardel Sanches threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ede Szász, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Humberto Locaio hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match, Ede Szász tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jardel Sanches saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ede Szász in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionuț Jităreanu got free with Jardel Sanches in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jardel Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionuț Jităreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Ede Szász got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Pipis Karapatakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Ede Szász's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jardel Sanches was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ede Szász was the one to do the kick off. In the 64thth minute of the game Krisztián Lisztes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led STORM CORNER F.C.'s Ionuț Jităreanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Jardel Sanches despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Filiph Biörling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grêmio FBPA's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiph Biörling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaan Winter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filiph Biörling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kaan Winter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play, Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaan Winter was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 77 minutes Grêmio FBPA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ionuț Jităreanu who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ionuț Jităreanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches did a great save. Jardel Sanches stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinhold Artmaier's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Grêmio FBPA's Ted Hoogenkamp was substituted for Filiph Biörling. Humberto Locaio kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Kaan Winter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 92nd minute. Ionuț Jităreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Grêmio FBPA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
