Clemente Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar de Amaral in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Gabriel Olivar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Edilberto Bustillos got a free kick in the 9th minute. Valdemar de Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Savier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. When Cristopher Damian came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristopher Damian couldn't finish the play. Cristopher Damian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Jonathan Zanette made a huge save. Jonathan Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristopher Damian, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 20 played minutes ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ got a freekick which was hit by Ma Zheng Yuan. When Grêmio 20 Julho's Valdemar de Amaral in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ defense, Téo Pires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Savier. The ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Savier should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Rafa Olarra got a free kick in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Gilmar Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Savier was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. If Allan Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilmar Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Grêmio 20 Julho getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Daniel Neves hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Olarra. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Jonathan Zanette successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 44th minute Valdemar de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristopher Damian in the 48th minute of play forced Grêmio 20 Julho's goalkeeper Jonathan Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grêmio 20 Julho were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdemar de Amaral made a kick off. Ma Zheng Yuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Zanette having to interfere. Gilmar Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Savier having to interfere. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ made a substitution. Rodrigo Barrera replaced Cristopher Damian. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Beso Negro was substituted for Roger Lantadilla. Clemente Savier made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Valdemar de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Olivar in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Gabriel Olivar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Barrera in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Rodrigo Barrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Jonathan Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Grêmio 20 Julho's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Jungejohan came free, but Jonathan Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Barrera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jonathan Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Grêmio 20 Julho players left disappointed.
