The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Mikolaj Jerzyk managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Raimundo Erramu got a free kick in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Vollmar in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantin Potocianu saved Mapovihesa FC from getting behind. Mikolaj Jerzyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Al Wieczorek went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Al Wieczorek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Mikolaj Jerzyk made a huge save. Constantin Potocianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Pacholewski in the 14th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Thomas Vollmar put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Constantin Potocianu. With a little luck, Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk got control of the ball when Al Wieczorek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Usain Bolt, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With splendid footwork Al Wieczorek arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-1 by the left pole in the game's 23rd minute. After 28 minutes, Edgar Lampa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Newcastle United and the Mapovihesa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Constantin Potocianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Vollmar, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Thomas Vollmar heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Usain Bolt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mikolaj Jerzyk having to make a save. In the 75th minute Usain Bolt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filip Orling made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Benedykt Gdaniec immediately put the ball in play. Constantin Potocianu was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Thomas Vollmar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thomas Vollmar really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Pankracy Malicki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantin Potocianu. That made the score 4-3 in the 88 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Usain Bolt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikolaj Jerzyk was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Pankracy Malicki might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantin Potocianu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pankracy Malicki ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United's zone, Usain Bolt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolaj Jerzyk came out of the goal and Usain Bolt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Newcastle United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mapovihesa FC.
