In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gurdurão's goalkeeper Natã Massa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Scott Sterling made a kick off. Natã Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Hellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Billesholm booed when Gurdurão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
