Jaime Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kay Wering in the 12th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Lu Sang could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Jaime Monteiro however easily saved by the left post. Lu Sang hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Jaime Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kay Wering, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Lu Sang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Società Sport Osasco's Jaime Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Give Peace a Chance got a corner. La Società Sport Osasco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lennie Langhammer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Give Peace a Chance's Lennie Langhammer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jaime Monteiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, La Società Sport Osasco's Jaime Monteiro got control of the ball when Lu Sang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kay Wering took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Monteiro. The supporters of La Società Sport Osasco booed when Give Peace a Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. With his leg Jaime Monteiro managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Give Peace a Chance's Lu Sang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lu Sang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Lu Sang made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Marc Heising got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kay Wering in the 66th minute of play forced La Società Sport Osasco's goalkeeper Jaime Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Kay Wering shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
