The crowd rose to their feet as Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Massa. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. UFC STEAUA's João Massa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save UFC STEAUA from getting a goal against them. Giorgian Arrascaeta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Massa having to make a save. Giorgian Arrascaeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simão Santos in the 14th minute of play. With his leg João Massa managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 18thth minute of the game Giorgian Arrascaeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC STEAUA's João Massa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. José Romero hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Nisipeanu came free, but Bernardo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Giorgian Arrascaeta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Massa, 2-0. Gigel Seremet charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gigel Seremet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, UFC STEAUA's Gigel Seremet got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper João Massa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nelson Mendoza in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Massa made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Giorgian Arrascaeta sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Warren FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Sydney Guerra hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simão Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. José Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Bernardo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mugur Nisipeanu in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Massa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simão Santos in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giorgian Arrascaeta took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Massa. João Massa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. João Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giorgian Arrascaeta's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Lin Zhen Yuan shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience was convinced that Giorgian Arrascaeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Massa was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. João Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute Giorgian Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper João Massa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dorin Cercelescu made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rafet Faydalı immediately put the ball in play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simão Santos in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Massa saved UFC STEAUA from getting behind. After 89 played minutes Warren FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Betão da Silveira. After a rather tough play, UFC STEAUA's Dorin Cercelescu got a free kick in the 91st minute. If Giorgian Arrascaeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Warren FC - DMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
