The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Rodas Alfaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cusco FC and the UE Cornella players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Rodas Alfaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cusco FC! In the 5th minute there was a penalty for UE Cornella. Edvin Vennerberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Inge Tuero. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Kevinn De Bruyne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inge Tuero was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Aurre Villa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UE Cornella fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience was convinced that Aurre Villa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inge Tuero was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 21 played minutes Cusco FC got a freekick which was hit by Vitoria Cerrajero. Inge Tuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabat Vadillos in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabat Vadillos in the 24th minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justin Abril made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tab Arango in the 26th minute. Rauf Uçanok kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Kevinn De Bruyne put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Inge Tuero. UE Cornella's Kevinn De Bruyne managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fraco Meneses in the 35 minute of the game. 35 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurre Villa came free, but Inge Tuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitoria Cerrajero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inge Tuero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevinn De Bruyne, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Gonzalo Onofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, UE Cornella's Quin Camaño got a free kick in the 44th minute. After some careless play in the Cusco FC defense, Kevinn De Bruyne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inge Tuero. The Cusco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inge Tuero should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurre Villa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rauf Uçanok got free with Inge Tuero in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute UE Cornella were awarded a corner. Edvin Vennerberg went to the cornerflag to take it. 57 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevinn De Bruyne came free, but Inge Tuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Aurre Villa sped through Cusco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inge Tuero. Inge Tuero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quin Camaño in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Cusco FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Llantada. Edvin Vennerberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inge Tuero having to make a save. The supporters of UE Cornella booed when Cusco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodas Alfaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inge Tuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seve Grau in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevinn De Bruyne in the 72nd minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inge Tuero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevinn De Bruyne's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Seve Grau notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Cusco FC's Inge Tuero. Inge Tuero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Inge Tuero made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Kevinn De Bruyne sent off a good shot on target.
