Ventura Bartumeu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Tome in the 7th minute of play. Alonzo Pere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés Martinez in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Oscar Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ventura Bartumeu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flan Mixto FC's Alonzo Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moisés Martinez in the 15th minute of play. Ventura Bartumeu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Tome, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ventura Bartumeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Michael in the 19th minute of the match. Ventura Bartumeu came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Flan Mixto FC's Elpidio Michael. But to his dismay, Elpidio Michael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Adolfo Caminero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Flan Mixto FC's Guillermo Leocadio got a free kick in the 31st minute. Vinicio Soler struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Alonzo Pere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plaza Babys CF. After having played for 37 minutes, Alfons Castelao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaza Babys CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfons Castelao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alonzo Pere was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Moisés Martinez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 48 minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Tome was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Flan Mixto FC booed when Plaza Babys CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Soler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes Oscar Tome rounded Plaza Babys CF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. 58 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Lluques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ventura Bartumeu. Plaza Babys CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Lluques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. With a little luck, Plaza Babys CF's Ventura Bartumeu got control of the ball when Jairo Lonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Flan Mixto FC defense, Moisés Martinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alonzo Pere. The Flan Mixto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alonzo Pere should have stopped the shot. Ermegildo Contratas's late challenge caught a Flan Mixto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ermegildo Contratas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Plaza Babys CF getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ermegildo Contratas hit a great ball. Armando Otsoa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ventura Bartumeu. Plaza Babys CF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Vinicio Soler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Plaza Babys CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flan Mixto FC the free kick. The long shot by Oscar Tome in the 72nd minute really tested Ventura Bartumeu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Moisés Martinez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flan Mixto FC's Alonzo Pere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Flan Mixto FC booed when Plaza Babys CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Contratas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonzo Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Caminero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Plaza Babys CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Ventura Bartumeu, was totally fooled by Flan Mixto FC's Oscar Tome, who 95 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
