The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dündar Acun kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Kajetan Gaszynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okanay Zabit in the 5th minute of the match. Teofil Nakoneczny charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofil Nakoneczny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Emalia Olkusz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Nakoneczny to maneuver through the defense. BAŞBUĞ were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Emalia Olkusz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arif Buğra Yalkın took the corner. The corner ended in Arif Buğra Yalkın almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Emalia Olkusz's Kajetan Gaszynski did a great save. If Mateusz Chlebek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Mateusz Chlebek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saip Tecmil was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Kajetan Gaszynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Süleyman Taşkınay, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Emalia Olkusz's Kajetan Gaszynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Buğra Yalkın in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Okanay Zabit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kajetan Gaszynski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Yakup Kadri Canel made a precise shot to the right of Kajetan Gaszynski. Emalia Olkusz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 47th minute, Emalia Olkusz's Mateusz Chlebek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saip Tecmil. Saip Tecmil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Buğra Yalkın made a kick off. Saip Tecmil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Bator, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute Süleyman Taşkınay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Gaszynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Arif Buğra Yalkın could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Kajetan Gaszynski however easily saved by the left post. Kajetan Gaszynski was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Okanay Zabit capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Okanay Zabit really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 68th minute, Yakup Kadri Canel made a precise shot to the right of Kajetan Gaszynski. Emalia Olkusz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Süleyman Taşkınay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Kajetan Gaszynski made a huge save. In the 77th minute, BAŞBUĞ's Yakup Kadri Canel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kajetan Gaszynski. Kajetan Gaszynski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Kajetan Gaszynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yakup Kadri Canel in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, BAŞBUĞ's Okanay Zabit dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Teofil Nakoneczny was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 86 played minutes Emalia Olkusz got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Nakoneczny. With a little luck, Emalia Olkusz's Kajetan Gaszynski got control of the ball when Arif Buğra Yalkın tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of BAŞBUĞ booed when Emalia Olkusz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Jerzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emalia Olkusz's Kajetan Gaszynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Buğra Yalkın in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes BAŞBUĞ got a freekick which was hit by Süleyman Taşkınay. 94 minutes into the match, BAŞBUĞ's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Bendyk came free, but Saip Tecmil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Bartosz Kaczanka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emalia Olkusz's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartosz Kaczanka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saip Tecmil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The BAŞBUĞ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BAŞBUĞ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
