The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Trey Seal sped through Globalización's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aquiles Bernat. Aquiles Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristan Haley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clive Couzens in the 17th minute of play forced Globalización's goalkeeper Aquiles Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th match minute, Globalización was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Lalla to maneuver through the defense. When Tristan Haley fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dorking United FC's protests and gave Tristan Haley a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Dorking United FC got a freekick which was hit by Tristan Haley. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With an all-out effort, Dorking United FC's Aquiles Bernat threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ozzy Goodall, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 53 minutes into the match, Ozzy Goodall notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Globalización's Aquiles Bernat. Aquiles Bernat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aquiles Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trey Seal in the 61st minute of the match. Clive Couzens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Aquiles Bernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes, Urbano Pagomari mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Globalización and the Dorking United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Globalización getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Urbano Pagomari hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Dorking United FC's Trey Seal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquiles Bernat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 75th match minute, Dorking United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozzy Goodall to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonny Forrest during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Globalización booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Forrest didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Globalización's goal looked a bit too open when Trey Seal came free, but Aquiles Bernat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Bernat made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Trey Seal sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Globalización's Aquiles Bernat got control of the ball when Trey Seal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute, Clive Couzens reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquiles Bernat. The goal made the score 0-6. Aquiles Bernat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clive Couzens in the 90th minute. Globalización's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Trey Seal scored to the left of an out of position Aquiles Bernat, making the score, 0-7. Dorking United FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
