No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommy Lind stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adhemar Albuquerque took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Bergström. Walter Bergström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Evandro Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Lind in the 58th minute of play. Evandro Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Åke Arenius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter Bergström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Albuquerque in the 63rd minute of the match. Evandro Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Lind, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Quandus's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Åke Arenius came free, but Evandro Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaltino Capixaba got free with Walter Bergström in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Glemmingebro IF's Walter Bergström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Glemmingebro IF from getting a goal against them.
