Percival Pernambucano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Van Buyten in the 12th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Limburg United got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Van Buyten. In the 14th minute Dre Dierickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Van Buyten took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Percival Pernambucano. Percival Pernambucano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 34 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by David Magalhães. In the 38th minute Lucas Capellemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Percival Pernambucano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dre Dierickx went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Jaru-Uaru booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricky Backers didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Capellemans made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Capellemans came free, but Percival Pernambucano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Douglas Van Buyten made a precise shot to the right of Percival Pernambucano. Jaru-Uaru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After some careless play in the Jaru-Uaru defense, Douglas Van Buyten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Percival Pernambucano. The Jaru-Uaru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Percival Pernambucano should have stopped the shot. Lucas Capellemans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Pedro Luiz Massa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Andrez Widdepenninck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Limburg United's zone, Nelsinho Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrez Widdepenninck came out of the goal and Nelsinho Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Dre Dierickx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Percival Pernambucano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. 77 minutes into the game, Limburg United's Lucas Capellemans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Percival Pernambucano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Douglas Van Buyten got a free kick in the 80th minute. Andrez Widdepenninck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelsinho Cabral in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Limburg United's Dre Dierickx dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Adilson Coutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adilson Coutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adilson Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Braga to maneuver through the defense. The Jaru-Uaru supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Limburg United's performance. The match ended with a win for Limburg United.
