The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Burni got free with Sabit Oran in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abdulkerim Elmacı struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Bruno Ritchie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RED KHAGAN. Abuzer Ergümen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bruno Ritchie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Tomas Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Israel Cesario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 minutes, Battal Gazi Dağdelen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED KHAGAN and the O rey Iván players grew even worse after the yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seyhun Sabi to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind RED KHAGAN's goalkeeper Sabit Oran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The O rey Iván fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0.
