Crystal Phallus's Dom Butler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Weterio in the 15th minute of play. Dom Butler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Weterio in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to AZURDUY F.C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Alejo Weterio hit a great ball. Dom Butler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cipriano Chuan went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Crystal Phallus's zone, Cipriano Chuan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dom Butler came out of the goal and Cipriano Chuan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Crystal Phallus booed when AZURDUY F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Stuart Thomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Albert King had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Bastian. AZURDUY F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert King was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rhys Shepherd got free with Ulises Bastian in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albert King came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ulises Bastian could save by the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Chuan was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Saverio Louis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AZURDUY F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crystal Phallus the free kick. After a rather tough play, AZURDUY F.C.'s Saverio Louis got a free kick in the 51st minute. Barry Clifford charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Barry Clifford the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lawrence Gates during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Crystal Phallus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence Gates to maneuver through the defense. Dom Butler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saverio Louis in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Chris Tyrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert King in the 75th minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Ulises Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Crystal Phallus booed when AZURDUY F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Stuart Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crystal Phallus's supporters rose to their feet, but Stuart Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Bastian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cipriano Chuan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AZURDUY F.C.! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AZURDUY F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
