When Niklas Hellström fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balders Hage IF's protests and gave Niklas Hellström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Niklas Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Balders Hage IF getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Niklas Hellström hit a great ball. Kiko Martins's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Uno Andreasson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernandinho Capixaba got free with Uno Andreasson in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elói Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 20 played minutes Yuri Queiroz rounded Balders Hage IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 23rd minute Kiko Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiko Martins received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Uno Andreasson came out and tried to block the shot, but Kiko Martins slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute Kiko Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Lyanco Militão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galo na Veia FC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balders Hage IF the free kick. Lyanco Militão kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Kennet Klack managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balders Hage IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kennet Klack was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elói Medeiros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Galo na Veia FC™'s Kiko Martins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uno Andreasson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 41 played minutes Galo na Veia FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Chico Magalhães. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience was convinced that Kiko Martins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uno Andreasson was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 54 played minutes Galo na Veia FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Motta. Balders Hage IF's Uno Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Martins in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Balders Hage IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kiko Martins came free, but Uno Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Balders Hage IF's Jan-Åke Åhman got a free kick in the 61st minute. Kiko Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elói Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Karl-Ove Jansson sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Galo na Veia FC™ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Lyanco Militão hit a great ball. Uno Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiko Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. A collision led to Galo na Veia FC™ getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rafa Domingues hit a great ball. Yuri Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Fernandinho Capixaba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uno Andreasson. Balders Hage IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernandinho Capixaba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galo na Veia FC™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Balders Hage IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
