Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Clemencín Labarca kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When Valdomiro Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Remedios SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdomiro Moraes couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Regino Angosto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Eduardo Leão was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Remedios SC defense, Maurín Patrick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Eduardo Leão. The Remedios SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Eduardo Leão should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Regino Angosto managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 88th minute of the match, Pol Botero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Eduardo Leão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Remedios SC's Carlos Eduardo Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Puertocarrero in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Lautaro L.P.'s Regino Angosto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Carlos Eduardo Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurín Patrick in the 95th minute of the match. The Remedios SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lautaro L.P. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
