Carlos Augusto Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Simon Roche came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Arrows Academy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Roche couldn't finish the play. After 11 minutes, Victor Stayton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arrows Academy FC and the SHINERAY FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vitinho do Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Russell Davison in the 16th minute of the match. Vitinho do Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Russell Davison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dalmo Braga fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Vitinho do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Arrows Academy FC booed when SHINERAY FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Augusto Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Roche was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dé Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Rex Marler came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by SHINERAY FC - DMZ's Dé Martins. But to his dismay, Dé Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. SHINERAY FC - DMZ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Arrows Academy FC had controlled the match.
