Arsenal MGK's Rui Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Gentza in the 6th minute of play. Léo de Almeida succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. In the 17th minute, Fausto Azibar made a precise shot to the right of Rui Souto. Arsenal MGK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gogo Gentza in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Souto saved Arsenal MGK from getting behind. The Santa Margarita fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Santa Margarita's Gogo Gentza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th match minute, Arsenal MGK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilmar Teles to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Uriel Jerrald had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Vides. Serafin Tino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rui Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Santa Margarita getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Erubiel Serapio hit a great ball.

If Léo de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fausto Azibar came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Santa Margarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Azibar couldn't finish the play. If Léo de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovani Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 77 minutes, Flavio Misael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santa Margarita and the Arsenal MGK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 77 minutes into the game, one of Santa Margarita:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for Arsenal MGK. Nilmar Teles stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Uriel Jerrald. 2-2. The audience was convinced that Gogo Gentza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rui Souto was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Léo de Almeida scored 3-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Jerrald, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Arsenal MGK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
