Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Dagoberto Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Trindade Atlético Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dagoberto Dracena couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the FC GG defense, Dagoberto Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. The FC GG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan should have stopped the shot. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Dagoberto Dracena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC GG's zone, Ruperto Emenon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan came out of the goal and Ruperto Emenon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the game, Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After some careless play in the FC GG defense, Dagoberto Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. The FC GG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Seyrani Özerek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC GG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trindade Atlético Club the free kick. Dagoberto Dracena took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Fulgencio Rius hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Dagoberto Dracena put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Dragoş Vâtcu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Dagoberto Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samir Şafakoğlu in the 57th minute of play forced Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dagoberto Dracena scored 0-11 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the match, Dagoberto Dracena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. FC GG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dagoberto Dracena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Dagoberto Dracena might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dagoberto Dracena ran back to his position shaking his head. FC GG's Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Dracena in the 71st minute of play. After 73 minutes, Dagoberto Dracena made it 0-13 with a short kick to the right side. FC GG's Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Trindade Atlético Club's Róbson Couto was substituted for Dagoberto Dracena. Trindade Atlético Club's Maurinho Dias was substituted for Ruperto Emenon. In the 79th minute, Falcão de Barros reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. The goal made the score 0-14. If Maurinho Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Róbson Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Róbson Couto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. Róbson Couto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-16. When the match was over Trindade Atlético Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC GG throughout the match.
