Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benjamin Bladi started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturhan Oytun in the 2nd minute of play forced deportivo madrid's goalkeeper Mauro Ciceron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4thth minute of the game Baturhan Oytun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but deportivo madrid's Mauro Ciceron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mauro Ciceron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baturhan Oytun in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, PIAUÍ FC's Baturhan Oytun dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Mauro Ciceron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Juninho Freitas advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-0 in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturhan Oytun in the 17th minute of play forced deportivo madrid's goalkeeper Mauro Ciceron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute PIAUÍ FC were awarded a corner. Demis Katsarolidis went to the cornerflag to take it. PIAUÍ FC's Demis Katsarolidis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mauro Ciceron in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by deportivo madrid's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Demis Katsarolidis was slow to take the kick. During this time PIAUÍ FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Baturhan Oytun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mauro Ciceron quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. deportivo madrid's Mauro Ciceron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturhan Oytun in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 26 minutes, Demis Katsarolidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PIAUÍ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demis Katsarolidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Guga Trancoso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mauro Ciceron. Guga Trancoso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Mauro Ciceron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baturhan Oytun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Ciceron was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Juninho Freitas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Juninho Freitas really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Baturhan Oytun took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Ciceron. Mauro Ciceron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. With his leg Mauro Ciceron managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when PIAUÍ FC's Baturhan Oytun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benjamin Txaran hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, Guga Trancoso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauro Ciceron, 6-0. Mauro Ciceron stood somewhat misplaced when Baturhan Oytun came free in front of goal and shot 7-0 to the left of him in the 49 minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baturhan Oytun to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as deportivo madrid's Benjamin Txaran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Serginho Nogueira. That made the score 7-1 after 57 minutes of play. If Demis Katsarolidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baturhan Oytun struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Mauro Ciceron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PIAUÍ FC. After 67 minutes of play, PIAUÍ FC's Paulo Batista made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Ciceron was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juninho Freitas took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Ciceron. Mauro Ciceron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. PIAUÍ FC made a substitution. Fernandinho Mesquita replaced Demis Katsarolidis. PIAUÍ FC made a substitution. Valdemar Nogueira replaced Juninho Freitas. 75 minutes into the match, Mete Gøl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Ciceron. deportivo madrid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mete Gøl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. A collision led to deportivo madrid getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cecilio Natal hit a great ball. Mauro Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Mauro Ciceron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mete Gøl's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the game, PIAUÍ FC's Valdemar Nogueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Ciceron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-1. In the 84th minute of the match Renato Sá sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Ciceron skillfully saved the ball. After 85th play minutes Mete Gøl shot 13-1, a short shot which went by Mauro Ciceron and just under the crossbar into goal. Mauro Ciceron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mete Gøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute of the match PIAUÍ FC got a corner. deportivo madrid's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Renato Sá ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Renato Sá almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but deportivo madrid's Mauro Ciceron did a great save. Mauro Ciceron came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by PIAUÍ FC's Mete Gøl. But to his dismay, Mete Gøl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-1. The audience was convinced that Valdemar Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Ciceron was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Valdemar Nogueira put it in 15-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mauro Ciceron. 99 minutes into the match, deportivo madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Nogueira came free, but Mauro Ciceron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that PIAUÍ FC were the better team. PIAUÍ FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
