An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Huștiu in the 4th minute of play forced Wel Lidzbark's goalkeeper Marcin Bartelak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Seguinus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Kocieniewski in the 13th minute. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Felix Vărzaru hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Rosendo Seguinus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dacian Bejenaru. 18 minutes into the match, Dacian Bejenaru dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rosendo Seguinus, 1-0. In the 23rd minute of the match, Dacian Bejenaru tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rosendo Seguinus saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcin Bartelak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Huștiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wojciech Pachucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Rosendo Seguinus made a huge save. Wel Lidzbark were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeff Bezos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jeff Bezos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rosendo Seguinus quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ernest Petru kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Dacian Bejenaru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rosendo Seguinus. Dacian Bejenaru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Marcin Bartelak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Huștiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcin Bartelak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Semeghin in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Wel Lidzbark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Pál-Szabó didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Witkowski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dacian Bejenaru in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Seguinus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wel Lidzbark's Marcin Bartelak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Sângeorzan in the 61st minute of play. Marcin Bartelak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Huștiu in the 63rd minute of play. Victor Huștiu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Marcin Bartelak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th minute Lucjan Kocieniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Seguinus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Wel Lidzbark fans cheered their team off the field, for while ASF BAIA MARE -MM- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
