Valentin Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Cernescu in the 29th minute of the match. Valentin Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Cernescu in the 34th minute of play. Igor Milko spun around in front of the goal 37 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Steaua Bucuresti's goal. In the 41st match minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Téo Matorin to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Igor Milko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusebiu Sima. That made the score 3-1 after 45 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice moves Aurel Pandrea could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Valentin Bernal however easily saved by the left post. When Cayetano Monico came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cayetano Monico couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ booed when Steaua Bucuresti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Constantinescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Steaua Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Monico came free, but Eusebiu Sima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Cayetano Monico made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusebiu Sima was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Traian Constantinescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Steaua Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Monico came free, but Eusebiu Sima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Steaua Bucuresti had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
