Dumitru Purcărete made a great header on A4p FC Gad's corner, it was just that Bendito Sea El Fernet's Bernardo Baraquiel managed to reach the ball for a save. Bernardo Baraquiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's Alessandro Del Piero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Baraquiel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. James Batistuta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Baraquiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Del Piero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's Dumitru Purcărete got a free kick in the 37th minute. James Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st minute, Olle Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Karol Kosowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glenn Fyfe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44thth minute of the game James Batistuta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bendito Sea El Fernet's Bernardo Baraquiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when Bendito Sea El Fernet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Cambiasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bendito Sea El Fernet's Celso Ruisko was substituted for Gregorio Pancho. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when James Batistuta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Bernardo Baraquiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A4p FC Gad were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Bendito Sea El Fernet's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcin Pachucki took the corner. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Bernardo Baraquiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Bendito Sea El Fernet from getting a goal against them. Glenn Fyfe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Bidari in the 59th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Alessandro Del Piero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernardo Baraquiel. That made the score 1-1 in the 60 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Del Piero got free with Bernardo Baraquiel in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 68th minute of play forced Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Bernardo Baraquiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Bernardo Baraquiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Bendito Sea El Fernet from getting a goal against them. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Bernardo Baraquiel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcin Pachucki. Despite being the better team, A4p FC Gad failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
