Baldomiro Cibran started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Pierre Le Saint had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervásio Lage. SportingLanus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre Le Saint was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 6thth minute of the game Torsten Abelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SportingLanus's Gervásio Lage was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Cibran in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lizbeth Pelegrina saved Breizh Olympik from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Breizh Olympik's Joffrey Bourlet got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Baldomiro Cibran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A nice corner shot did that Germain Guerra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gervásio Lage quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gervásio Lage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Abelsson in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SportingLanus's zone, Pierre Le Saint stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervásio Lage came out of the goal and Pierre Le Saint tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dariusz Smuskiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Torsten Abelsson made the kick off in the second half. Nunez Cordarius charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nunez Cordarius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, SportingLanus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Cresencio to maneuver through the defense. Torsten Abelsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervásio Lage. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torsten Abelsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Gervásio Lage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Abelsson in the 60th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Breizh Olympik's Pierre Le Saint sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervásio Lage narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, SportingLanus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Guter to maneuver through the defense. Gervásio Lage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Le Saint in the 76th minute of the match. Anak Çelenk's late challenge caught a SportingLanus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anak Çelenk helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SportingLanus booed when Breizh Olympik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anak Çelenk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind SportingLanus's goalkeeper Gervásio Lage, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gervásio Lage came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Breizh Olympik's Torsten Abelsson. But to his dismay, Torsten Abelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in SportingLanus's zone, Torsten Abelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervásio Lage came out of the goal and Torsten Abelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albano Cresencio hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Breizh Olympik fans cheered their team off the field, for while SportingLanus had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
