A throw-in in the 9th minute of the game was made by Pedrinho Siqueira with Florin Susara as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Dylla in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Vágner Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stefanek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Konrad Dylla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Dylla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ter Stefanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro do Valle in the 24th minute of the match. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ter Stefanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curt Montes in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Coelho came free, but Zézinho Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Enio Coelho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zézinho Simões. That made the score 1-0 after 40 minutes of play. Enio Coelhos short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Zézinho Simões to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 46th minute, MarquinhosEC's Andreas Iniesta seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andreas Iniesta the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MarquinhosEC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andreas Iniesta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Hadi İltemiz shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Alessandro do Valle made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Enio Coelho made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ter Stefanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro do Valle in the 58th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Prospero Jobo in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MarquinhosEC's Mark Kovalev. Ter Stefanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curt Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zézinho Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Coelho in the 64th minute of play. MarquinhosEC made a substitution. Esteve Quinto replaced Mark Kovalev. In the 67th minute of the match CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS got a corner. MarquinhosEC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hadi İltemiz ran over to the corner to take the kick. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Hadi İltemiz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zézinho Simões in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in MarquinhosEC's zone, Ramón Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zézinho Simões came out of the goal and Ramón Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Ramón Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Zézinho Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zézinho Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Zézinho Simões came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ramón Furtado. But to his dismay, Ramón Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 92nd minute, Tuna Tankan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zézinho Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
