Olavo Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augustin Jernigan to strike the kick off in the second half. Augustin Jernigan took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serginho Luz. Serginho Luz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Timmy Poissonnier kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Eliseu Custódio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Augustin Jernigan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arctique F.C.'s Taylor Crabtree managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arí Pena in the 67 minute of the game. Augustin Jernigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serginho Luz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Custódio in the 70th minute of play forced Arctique F.C.'s goalkeeper Harvey Grier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Paradinha FC's zone, Augustin Jernigan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serginho Luz came out of the goal and Augustin Jernigan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Sylvain Lindsay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Custódio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
