In a very dangerous position, a player in HUMBLE LIONS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! In the 24th minute there was a penalty for AFC Villa Raquel. Cirilo Donostia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Francisco Munhoz. 0-2. Wilfredo Madeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Munhoz having to interfere. Rodrigo Xabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Munhoz having to interfere. Francisco Munhoz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Marquez went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 35th match minute, AFC Villa Raquel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Oidor to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Sergipano got free with Romulo Guilabertus in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in HUMBLE LIONS's zone, Wilfredo Madeo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Munhoz came out of the goal and Wilfredo Madeo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Lucas Sergipano made the kick off in the second half. Anastasio Tibalt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Francisco Munhoz made a huge save. Tião Pinho's late challenge caught a AFC Villa Raquel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tião Pinho helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes HUMBLE LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Tião Pinho. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauricio Ponciano during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of HUMBLE LIONS booed when AFC Villa Raquel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Ponciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The AFC Villa Raquel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Wilfredo Madeo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Francisco Munhoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Villa Raquel. After 68 played minutes HUMBLE LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha Gaúcho. When Julio Marquez, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 70 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Francisco Munhoz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 1-5 became the score in the 71st minute when Wilfredo Madeo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Wilfredo Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alessandro Moura charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alessandro Moura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alessandro Moura hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When AFC Villa Raquel's Julio Marquez in 77 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Francisco Munhoz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. AFC Villa Raquel played a much better game than HUMBLE LIONS and deserved their victory. The HUMBLE LIONS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
